Reef Eater
You are a small fish on a big reef. Eat smaller fish to grow, avoid the bigger ones or you'll be eaten! Grow through 6 stages from Fry to Reef King. Simple to learn, satisfying to master.
How to Play đ Reef Eater
Reef Eater drops you into a colourful reef world filled with fish of every size and colour. You control a small pink fish that follows your mouse or finger. The rule is simple: eat fish smaller than you, avoid fish bigger than you. Every fish you eat makes you grow slightly larger, until eventually the bigger predators you were fleeing become your prey. Six growth stages carry you from a tiny Fry, through Juvenile and Adult, up to Big Fish, then Predator, and finally the ultimate goal: Reef King, complete with a golden crown. Coloured outlines help you decide instantly whether a fish is safe to approach â green means smaller than you (safe to eat), red means bigger (danger!), and yellow means a similar size where colliding is a draw with no effect. Fish are not passive. Smaller fish will actively flee from you when you get close. Bigger predators will chase you. As you grow, you become slower but you also become the biggest thing on screen. The reef world is much larger than the visible canvas, and a mini-map in the top-right corner shows your position. A score tally, size counter, and eaten count track your progress, and your personal best is saved locally. The game ends when a bigger fish eats you â or, if you can reach the maximum size, when you crown yourself Reef King.
